Planning Your Savannah Wedding Photos

This part is what I do all day, so I will be direct about it.

Set Your Timeline By Sunset

Look up sunset in the month chart and work backward. I would end a spring or fall ceremony at least an hour before sunset so you have time for family formals and a walk in the good light. Trees and buildings block direct sun well before official sunset here.

Don't Stack Far Apart Locations

A plan with a downtown ceremony, the oak avenue at Wormsloe and a Tybee sunset looks fine on Pinterest, and it means you spend the wedding in a car. Pick one. Or do the far ones during an engagement session.

Ask About Rules Before You Fall In Love

Churches can limit where a photographer stands. City squares and cemeteries have their own permits. Your photographer should already know this, so ask them.
